I get error
Unable to read software component versions from System Landscape Directory "sapp06ci:50000"

You need to create a user PIAPPLUSER in SU01 transaction and give the SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER role to the user.
Once you will done with this you will not get the error.
I think your PIAPPLUSER is not created thats the problem.

please, verify if rfc destination tcp/ip SAPSLDAPI, and LCRSAPRFC have the rigth program asociated. if not, please che the post instalation guide.

if you follow it step by step without leaving nothing to do PI will work..

check the RFCs SAPSLDAPI, LCRSAPRFC in test run connection.
And check the gateway hostname and gateway service are given properly.
And now run the T-code SLDCHECK.

The above RFC works well.
But when i use sldcheck tx. i got this error message
RFC ping was successful

Access to the XI Profile is currently disrupted.
=> Check whether you can access the XI Profile using a web browser!
