Question Marks appearing in Menu Bar

Hi,

We applied support Pack 18 for ECC 5.0. After the application of support pack we are facing problem in the menu bars of different programs.

Many transaction display question marks in the menu.

Please help me to solve this issue.

Upgrade the patch level of your SAPGUI

Hi,

When you are in that screen having ?????, go to SYSTEM >> STATUS

Under SAP Data, double click on GUI. In the next screen, select Application Toolbar and click on the icon ACTIVATE.

The issue should be resolved.

Thanks it works fine and solve our problem ( Had the same problem - we have several in house reports showing this, so, we'll continue searching for a solution to "refresh" all menus)
