DEAR FRIENDS,

HOW TO CHANGE THE PRICE IN A SALES ORDER . THE SALES ORDER QUANTITY IS 5. ONE QUANTITY IS DELIVERED. I NEED TO CHANGE THE PRICE FOR THE SECOND QUANTITY.

Dear Francis

Since you have already created the subsequent document, viz.Delivery, you CANNOT change the price in sale order. Nevertheless, you maintain the required price in VK11 and save.

Meanwhile, you create delivery and invoice against the same order. Now in the billing document, old price would be flowing. Go to VF02 and select condition tab. Now on the bottom right, you will see a button "Update". Select that and double click on "B" (Carry out new pricing) and save. Now you can see the old price would be changed to new price.

change the conditon records in VK12 tcode, and in item level of sales order go to" conditions" tab and select "update" and one list appears in that list select "carry out new pricing " and check it out.
