Error: Enter a permissible partner number

Hi,

I'm new in XI. I want to define a Partner profile but when I want to save it, this error appears.

Can anybody help me please?

If you are creating an LS type partner, the logical system name must be defined in BD54 transaction. Then you should be able to be created.

If you are creating an LF type create vendor using XK01, KU type is customer using XD01.

but your defining the partner number in r/3 right?

no partner profiles shoud be defined in XI

(on the integration engine Client)
