Hi Frens,

My MaxDb out of sudden cannot go online. It appears in admin state (yellow).

Error 24895 - shutdown of database occured [db-warm -f]; -71 connection broken

first of all, please read this thread: [MaxDB/liveCache Forum: target audience and relevant support|;.

So if you're an SAP customer, then please also open an OSS ticket on queue BC-DB-SDB*. Include an exact problem description (incl. used MaxDB version), relevant logfiles and optimally open a remote connection.

Regarding the issue, please check the knldiag and/or knldiag.err file in the Rundirectory of your MaxDB instance for more specific error information.
