Former Member

After doing redlinig using WebECL-Viewer in cFolders i click on "Finish viewer session". A promt asks to save the Layer.cgm but after that, no Layer is saved.

Anyone knows this problem? Has anyone a suggestion what to do?

Thanks!

Check in the location <c:\temp\> - this is ur data carrier type location for PC. (DC20 transaction)

you should find your layer file *.cgm. If don't see it there then may be there is problem with download of the layer.

Also, please after pressing finnish viewer session, what do you do?

thanks

Thanks,

the cgm Files are listed in TEMP folder. After klicking "Finish Session" i choose Layer files to be saved an klick "Resume". But the layer does not appear in the list of layer. The counter shows "0".

Any suggestions?

on continue, do u get a pop-up saying upload of file ?

after the finish session.

In your IE, go to Tools->Sun java console clear it.

Then choose the layer and continue.

Please do a copy of the console, and paste it.

thanks

No, after choosing "Finish Viewer Session" a Java Applet (no Popup) lets me choose the Layers i want do save. After choosing and klicking "continue" the site of the document version with Listing of current Layers is shown (no Layer exists). There is no Upload Popup asking me For saving.

Here the copy of the console (i changed the URL because of security Reasons)

can u try installing the latest of the ECL viewer from market place.

I am not sure what is going wrong.< is there some restriction with applet or java version(unlikely) >

what is missing is something like this....

a thread will be started and upload happens..

if possible raise a customer message may be we can take a closer look into it.

Start upload thread...

Now i tried something else. I have done redlining on an other cFolders System and it works. So it seems not to be a Javaproblem.

I think there has to be done some customizing in sap. Somethin with the repositories or Services.

Can someone tell me what kind of customizing has to be done?

Thanks!

When deactivating Plugins for uploading (using HTTP instead of Java) the Layers are stored.
