Hello,
there are a couple of logs that inform about how to update the MiniWAS 6.20 system from level 24 (delivered version) to a newer patch level.
All talk about kernel updates, some even mention 2 but only refer to one (/people/sap.user72/blog/2004/09/06/mini-me-of-webas-620)
However, I cannot find any kernel updates for 6.20 - only for 6.40.
Any ideas where these can be located?
Thanks!
Helmut
I tried using the 6.40 kernel but it caused problem with the BASIS patches that i was trying to apply. Anyway your search suggestion only yields some of the unicode binaries. if you to want to find the Non-unicode binaries you can go to SWDC->Support Packages and Patches - Archive ->Additional Components->SAP Kernel-> SAP KERNEL 32-BIT-> SAP KERNEL 6.20 32-BIT

Alon

Hi Helmut,
Why you don't want to use the new 6.40 Kernel?

Hello again,
finally I found the trick:
go to Market Place - Download - Software Distribution Center - Search for all Categories: enter "6.20" (only that!) in the search field and on page 2 of the results you find "SAP Kernel 6.20 32-BIT".
Before that I tried "Entry by Application Group" which does not maintain this link (any more).
Have a nice day!
Helmut
