I have a BW Server(NW2004s) which is connected to the R/3 Server for Data Extraction.
Now the R/3 Server is upgraded to ECC 6.0
Please let me know of what is the impact i will be having in the BW Server.

Absolutely no impact as long as the RFC's, logical system, etc... is not modified.
