Disable Condition Type from Sales Order Condition tab

Hi,

I have a condition type ZCUS for custom declaration purpose. I have used that in pricing procedure.

But currently this condition type is not in use. It appears in my sales order.

In ECC6.0 (in Sales Order condition tab) it appears with a red mark saying that “condition exists without a condition record”..

Instead of writing a logic in VOFM, is’t possible to hide the column of “Non active” condition types.

I am looking for 2 options:

1. Just to hide the column “Non active” condition types from the Order

2. Or to remove this ZCUS from displaying in the Order as users are not currently using them as they issue manual proforma inv.

Pls advise.

Dear Anne,

Please set deletion indicator for that condition type by going to the details of the condition type in V/06 T-code.

Hope this will solve your problem.

one of the ways is:

create condition record and set blank value (zero rate) for it

when you need this cond again - just change the value(rate)

Hi Warwick,

I think your solution is correct if there is no further issue after using it.

Hi,

Yes, the value is 0.00 in the order. But in ECC6.0 it is appearing with a red light which user might feel something is wrong in the order.

So is't possible to disable the non active condition types ?

Warwick,

Where do you mean zero rate? Can you highlight ?

What i mean to say is there is no condition record existing for it.

So it populates as 0.00 in the Sales order.

is that you mean also?
