NOTIF_CREATE --> ZLFN

How can I customize that the NOTIF_CREATE transaction creates my ZLFN transaction type instead of the standard SLFN??

Dear Fr,

Please enter tcode

DNO_CUST04

Double click on PROCESS TYPE

and delete SLFN and Enter your ZLFN transaction type.

I would like to use the transaction type ZLFN. Now I am about to copy screen profile in tcode CRMV_SSC.

Do you how to do this?

Perphaps do you know how to assign transaction type ZLFN to profile ZSD_ZLFN?

Hi Prakhar & other gurus,

Is it possible to configure so that:

Support Message would pick ZLFN for message created from SolMan only (e.g. Messages from SOLAR01, SOLAR02, Testing Worklist etc.) and messages from Satellite Systems would pick SLFN as usual ?

did you look at the IMG Activity "Define Message Types" in the Service Desk folder?
