Jar Library not found in DC WebDynpro on track

Former Member

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to create a WebDynpro Project on NWDI Track but in build time, it doesn't found and not resolve every WD_RUNTIME library.

Too many errors occurs!

It would get these libraries from "local development workspace" but I don't know why it doesn't work.

If I create any project in LocalDevelopment, all works correctly.

Any Idea?

Thanks,

Antonello Didonna

You need to add the required jars via used DC in DC metadata and local references wont work in JDI environment

Hi,

You have to create External Library DC and declare it as public part, for using it as Used DC in the Web Dynpro DC. Read this blog,

Hi Antonello,

Are you using external jar files?

I won't to add external jar but I would like to build a ESS application with its software dependencies. I already try to sync or to rebuild or to repair classhpath but nothing!

In web dynpro there aren't all libraries that are need to work correcly.

Hi Antonello,

Have you tried right-click on Webdynpro DC -> properties

And under Java Build Path, on "Library" tab check if Variable JRE_LIB exists? if not add it using the button "Add Variable..."
