Hi,
When I am using Tx. sldcheck I am getting beloe error

Hi,
Check transaction SLDAPICUST -> PIAPPLUSER should be used. Check for the password and if the user is locked. The same user is used in exchange profile, so be sure to check for its password also there.

Hi,
Goto SM59 and check if both the RFC destination are fine. Also go to SLDAPICUST transcation and see you have given proper SLD URL, USER and pass.

Hi,
Maintain SLDAPICUST transcation parameters properly. Also check if the SM59 RFC Destination SAPSLDAPI and LCRSAPRFC is fine.
Also confirm me if you find the Business system(BS) in the objects.
As per the details of above error, it looks to be missing the Business System.
If BS is avaialble, Try to restart the server again,
