Jobs not released automatically after completion

Hi guys,

Job is not getting released after completion of the specified job for certain users. Everytime we are going to SM37 for releasing these jobs.

Please let me know how to release the job automatically for all users.

Hi,

Check authorizations of those users.

If background jobs are to be automatically released after scheduling, your users should have authorization object S_BTCH_JOB with JOBACTION = RELE.

Don't understand your question.....

As far as i know a job get status released when a starting time is specified. so if you are finding jobs in status scheduled is because users are not specifiying date or time for the job to start.
