Dear all
We have a Time Bucket Profile which shows 18 month and the first 2 are shown in weeks.
How can I (in a macro) check whether the current column is a week column or a month column
Thanks in advance
Brian
Dear all
I have find a solution for this issue.
Using the macro functions BUCKET_EDATE and TODAY I can calculate when to stop the iterations.
Best regards
Brian

Hi Sanjog
thanx for your quick reply.
How can I optain this information in a macro?
The problem is that I need to lock some cells for input and I need this information to know how many buckets i need to read.
Example: (Planning book today monday week 5 2008):
W05.08 W06.08 W07.08 W08.08 W09.08 M03.08 M04.08
and i need to lock untill april 2008. How can I calculate the number of iterations?
thanks in advance
Brian

Hi,
To dispaly the period details in Planning Book load the data and right click "period information" to get the details for the period.
For daily bucket at the header level in a column the date is displayed, for monthly its dispalyed as M and for weekly its defined as W.
I am not sure if this is the information you are looking for, in case of any issues revert back.
Thanks,
Sanjog
