cProjects - ECC Modlue Interaction

Hi

How the cProjects is pulling/pushing data from SAP ECC Modules(HCM,MM,SD,etc) ?

Will it be interacting directly with the database of SAP ECC ?

What will be the mechanism used Bapi/IDoc ?

Case1 : cProjects is installed along with Ecc 6.0

Case2 : cProjects is a standalone installation

How to handle large data transfers eg: b/w HCM and cProjects ?

Pls give ur thoughts.

Dear Tom,

Please use transaction DPR_FIN_GECCO_R3_CUS to communicate with your target ERP component for controlling.

For pushing data from HCM to cProjects, you can use the report PFAL (if cProjects is on a different system), or make settings in transaction OO_CENTRAL_PERSON for integration of Business Partners with HCM Master data (if cProjects is within the same system).
