VA01 Checking Stock

Hi, I have the following issue..

Im selling 10 materials. Two of them allways should be sold together. ¿There is a way to verified the stock of this two material during the creation of the sale order and not allow the sale of anyone of this two materials if one of then doesnt have stock. But should allow the sale of the rest material of the sale order.

Try keep these two items as BOM and and configure as one delivery group

Hi Francescoli,

Actually delivery group is used to deliver the materials together. If any one material is not available, the system will not deliver the single material and it postpones the sheduling date to when the both materials are becoming available.

Configuration

The delivery grp field is available in sales order shipping tab. During sales order processing, you need enter any number (up to three digits) to all the materials that identifies a delivery group. The number is freely definable.

Ex;

for the two materials delivered together , u need to enter 001 in the del. group column
