Error in Urgent Correction - "No Link To Maintenance Cycle"

When we create an Urgent Correction from a Change request, sometimes the Urgent Correction goes into error with the above message, and no maintenance cycle is linked to the urgent correction document. Most of the time it works, but some of the time this happens. Normally we can click on Actions-> recheck and then it re-links to maintenance cycle.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks Craig

As far as we can see we have not found a pattern. The problems seems to be random, and I would say that most of the time it works OK. Thanks for your help so far. Craig

This normally happens when the link between the CRM part of Solution Manager cannot talk to the task list. Most often when the cycle is created and although activated, the task list. So from that, is this truely random within the same cycle or is it that problems happen that all urgents for a specific cycle have problems?
