SRM Support Pack Stack 10 & Live Auction Problem

Hello,

We applied SPS10 for our SRM 5.0 system, & it has broken our Live Auction Cockpit for use through our reverse proxy. One thing we discovered is that our Visual Administrator parameters for msg.client.protocol, msg.client.ServerHost, & msg.client.ServerPort got erased after the Java part of the packs were applied. I put those parameters back in & restarted the Java engine, but it still does not work. We get a "page cannot be displayed" error. The Java engine is working though so it is not down. We tested this in QA, & it was working, but we saw the same behavior when we put the support packs there. We have had a message open with SAP support for about two months now, but we have not gotten anywhere. Any ideas?
