IDoc: Lost data in Control Record at reception

Hi!

i am sending ORDERS05 to an external system. They received the IDoc, except that the control record is not complete!

i can see in EDIDC my idoc with this last five fields:

SERIAL

EXPRESS

UPDDAT

UPDTIM

MAXSEGNUM

and this fields have actually data.

but the receiver showed me the control record he receives and the last field he gets is SERIAL, nothing after that.

Could be a problem when sending de IDoc?? Has to be a problem in reception?

Hi,

Clear the metedata for ORDERS05 and go ahead for SLD cache then try it

Hi again. Thank you Mario and Swarup. But i haven't understand yet:

Swarup: the IDoc is send to XI. I understand that you suggest that something has to be done there to obtain the control record. But actually, they already get the control record, only the last 4 fields are missing.

Mario: what you mean is that there is nothing to do in my side? the idos is surely sent with all the fields i see in EDIDC and it is a problem of the receivier to recover all those fields?

Hi Javier,

this is nothing spectacular. The IDOC Adapter and the processing module on the receiver side fill the values.

Does not matter.

Hi,

In receiver communication channel, mark the check box to take control records from payload.
