Downloading all fields of IDOC type BOMMAT03 to excel for data mapping

Hello,

I intend to create an Idoc which sends BOM from SAP to MES system. For this I am using a IDOC type - BOMMAT03

I need to download all fields from IDOC Basic type BOMMAT03 (Material BOM (from 4.6B) into an excel sheet to create a mapping file.

Can anyone tell me how to download this to excel sheet??? (I can view all the fields in the xml format through WE60)

OR

If anyone has the excel sheet already please mail it to me - this will be of great help and your help is appreciated a lot.

Hi Jagdish,

try in WE60 via Menu path "Documentation" > "XML Schema" to generate the XML Schema for your BOMMAT03.

Then download the file as *.XML.

Start Excel and open the *.XML file.

I assume this is what you would like?

I was looking forward for some standard sheet where i do not have to do rework or very less.

you mean an excel sheet just to document it? in we60 you also have the hability to export as html...try then to import it or open it in Excel.
