Can we include PDF Print option in SAP In windows..

Can we include PDF Print option in SAP..in Material management ..

It has to be done by Basis Guy..

it seems they don't know , how to Proceed..

Can we get any Guidence in this direction...

Dear Adarsh,

its possible to make a PDF document,

1.you need to install acrobat PDF writer in the user's PC(you can check it in the printers in the control panel)(from the PC you acces SAP)

2.use TCode SPAD

3.goto configration(in menu)--> output devices--> change(F8)-->Create(Shift+F1)

Device Attributes

Output Device :zprinter(user defined name)

Short name: ZPRIN(User defined)

Device Type : SAPWIN : Rel.4.x/SAPlpd 4.09+

Device Class Standard printer

Access Method

Host Spool Access Method F: Printing on Front End Com
