What is meant by Post Goods Issue in SD(PGI)

Please tel me What is meant by Post Goods Issue in SD(PGI)?

Posting Goods Issue in SD means once your transfer order is confirmed i.e all the goods are arranged and are ready for delivery to the customer and the shipment is made ready every thing is done then PGI forms the last steps of the Shipping stage of SD cycle.

Once PGI is done then it means delivery process is over and the goods are on the way of delivery to the customer in SD process on the syaytem.

Hi..

PGI done means goods are ready for discpach.You can see the materials docs generated in the doc flow.

Also stocks are updated in MMBE.
