500 internal server error

when I try to log on to intergration builder, getting error "Exception

An internal error occurred. Contact you XI administrator

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError"

with 500 internal server error.

Role validity date set up wrong.(set to future date). Changed to current date using SU01 and it works.

What Java version you are using ?

Did you do the following @ http:/<host>:<j2ee_port>/rep/start/index.jsp -> Administration -> Java™ Web Start -> Java™ Web Start Administration ->

Try

1. Re-initialization (then try logging)

2. Re-initialization and force-signing (then try logging)

3. Delete lock (then try logging)

If you cannot login after this, open an OSS Message.
