Error HUGENERAL 099 delete HU

HI

When we try to unpack/Delet HU assignment in delivery we are getting below error message

HUGENERAL 099:Requested function cannot be executed - Contact your system administraton,

How to overcome this error?

Suppose, if we can't unpack this HU, now delivery is inprocess status ( not PGI) for somereasons users do not wanted to process this delivery, they are asking to change the status to 'completed' or to delete the delivery.

So is theere any way we can change the status to completed thoough pgi not completed?

To fix your issue, please implement SAP note 831000.

Thanks for your quick response.

We are at release 4.7 SAPKH47025 but the given message starts with SAPKH47024, then ideally it should me included in my current version. Code already exists.

Any other way to delete the Delivery or change the status of the delivery to complete?

Please check whether the error was caused by a missing VEKP-entry or one VEPO-entry too much.

delete the VEPo-entry (venum) and so the HU will unpacked now.

Thanks again, how do i delete those entries in VEPO, i observed that in VEKP Hu status given as 0020 Stock at a non HU storage location..

Any utility program which deletes these entries?
