We have configured email in RZ20 and done everything as in SAP note 176492 and checked the settings in SCOT and SM59 transactions , everything seems to be fine, but still we are not able to trigger the messages to the email address(when an alert message occurs it is not sending any email).

Please help me to know what i need to do now.

SCOT is already set up and it is working fine as we are able to send the messages thorugh SAP and SO00 transactions. I have also follwed SAP note 546493 and 683974 and still it is not triggering in RZ20(when an alert message occurs it is not sending any email).
