Hi All,
does anyone know how to configure smartform, to send service desk message status in notification email?
For example:
Message# 80001
Description# Printer doesn't work
Message status: In progress

Could you please let us know, how exactly did you enter the status of the message in the email.
Is it like you have hard coded the status in the mail or you have used the corresponding variable for the status in the mail which carries the value of the status. If so, could you please let us know, what variable would be used for including the status.
