dump in CRM_FIRST_CALL_OPERATIONS when downloading object DNL_CUST_BASIS3

Hi experts,

When trying to download DNL_CUST_BASIS3 object in SRM, it gets stuck in SMQ1. In R3 the system is giving me a dump on CRM_FIRST_CALL_OPERATIONS. It looks like the R/3 system does not find any records in table CRMRFCPAR although this is filled in. Any Idea?

Please go through the SAP OSS Notes, depending on your SAP version- as given below ->

Note 946931 Unnecessary tRFC calls of CRM0_UPDATEINFO_CRMRELEASE

We are Implementing SRM 5.0 Bidding Process and facing the same problem, and also checked all the relevant notes which you have mentioned in your last mail and we found all the required notes are already implemented.

Did you manage to solve the problem because we are still experiencing this problem.

Does anybody perhaps has an up to date configuration document about service master replication from R/3 to SRM?

Run this trx BBP_PRODUCT_SETTINGS with the proper User maintained in CRM* tables in the backend.

Have you checked Variant settings?

Source site and Receiver site defined in the variant have to be the same defined in the system

Source site and Receiver site are defined in Tx. SMOEAC, drop-down menu and press site.

Check that name are exactly the same.
