hello, friend.

yes, when you do VT01N, you can manually enter the route or it can copy the route from your outbound deliveries.

for the other information, there is an option for you to enter these in the Identification tab of the same transaction. you can use the fields: Container ID, External ID1, External ID2, FA tracking ID (for forwarder) and the description.
