Hi Sandeep,
It seems to because of wrong user and password witch you have configured in your communication channel.
or do onething just try with user as "anonymous" and pwd as blank.
or Just check with the FTP server whether it is running on serverside or not.
or check for FTP Folder Access Permissions
Hope this will help you.

Sandeep, you don't need to change nothing in your scenario.
As was already suggested - try to connect to that FTP server with other tool. You can try also windows console.
Also check the computer, where are you trying to connect to, if it is the right one (IP).
Do you use some special character in you password or username?
Is the userename and password set up properly regarding to case-sensitiveness?
Try following:
run the windows console (Start->Run->cmd (command)). then FTP <ftp_servers_ip> ,,,provide username, password.. connected successfully?
If yes, write first username and password in notepad and then COPY it to text box in CC definition. This will ensure no mistake in provided logon details.

Hi sandeep,
I f you will have to creat new scenario then dont use it.
In FTP server, there is an option for user management, there you can creat any user for FTP server and you can give all the access permissions like read, write etc...
Ask your basis people what is the user name and PWD for FTP and check with all access rights.
Just check with the IP Address in your communication channel for FTP Server, I mean to say on which machine FTP server has been installed (check with this IP Address).

Hi,
Here it is clearly saying that Login is Incorrect.
Please Make sure that you have Un-checked the Option Anonymous Login & give the Use ID , PWD in ID of CC.
Check that you have given the correct User id & PWD for Login.
Check whether you have the FTP Folder Access Permissions also
