Hi All.

I managed with help from sdn to get the j2ee server to run , but I am facing a problem with the connection to the j2ee server form XI environment.

When I start the IB , it displays , page could not be found.

this is a display data of the HTTP server.

ABAP Server operational = TRUE

J2EE Server configured = TRUE

J2EE HTTP port = 51000

J2EE HTTPS port = 51001

J2EE Server operational = TRUE

Default root access handler = J2EE

URL Prefix Table loaded = TRUE

my instance number is 10 ,

so this is the profile config where $$ is replaced with 10

icm/HTTP/j2ee_0 = PREFIX=/,HOST=iwdfvm2160,CONN=0-500,PORT=5$$00

and this the url I use to try to start the IB

http://iwdfvm2160:51000/rep/start/index.jsp

I also tried to get to the exchange profile without luck.

plz help.

I don't understand a lot about you question.

Are you want to connect to a IP into your private network or external network?

Maybe the question is putting the ip number in Internet Explorer Options/Connections/Configuration / Advanced Settings and insert the name or ip for hostname into the option "No use server proxy for..... ".

Could you explain with more detail about you network configuration?

Best Regards

Hi

I will try to explain in my best manner.

I can only get to the integration builder from inside the machine where the sap xi is hosted.

let say the machine is hosted in ip : x.x.x.x, then I have to first make connectio to the IP x.x.x. via desktop connection and from there I have to log on to the xi and afterward the IB.

But if I am in my local machine where I have sap gui , I can log to the xi system but when I start the IB , it says page could not be found.

I hope it helps to understand my problem.

regards.

Hi Camilla,

Have you installed a Firewall in your desktop ? Maybe it's the problem.

Go to service application and check if the firewall is running. If it's running disable it.

Click over rigth button in myPc, manage and choose aplication and services. There are many services and one of then is Windows Firewall.

Best Regards
