Dear Sap Guru's

While doing TC: LSMW the following error is been shown..

All the other steps are done successfully

only after --> Display converted data

Next step: --> create batch input the following error is being shown.

Stop: "BDC_OPEN_GROUP, group .. is invalid"

hi

Pl check you your BDC code if you are referring to flat bdc file.If you are using standard file copied from excel check all the data as per columns you have decided for correctness.While uploading file system does not check data columns with table fields for correctness it will only check the sequence and data type of column ,so if it is mismatching error will occur.

Hi,

BDC_OPEN_GROUP is not a remote enabled function module so you can't call it via RFC with the Destination addition.

If you really need to do this then write a custom RFC module to wrap the standard BDC_OPEN_GROUP FM and set that to be RFC enabled.
