Pricing Condition record determination

Hi,

Please guide.

In pricing procedure ZVAA01, ZCRR condition is automatic.

The data for this condition is selected from Customer group1 field of customer master-Extras- additional data.

Will the condition pick value from customer master directly if record for this condition is not created (VK11).

No you need to maintain condition records for that

hi,

we know that the system has to pick value from the customer master and now you want to tell the same to the sap system. This is what we call as automatic, so unless we maintain a condition record there is no chance for the system to know of this.

automatic pricing means we have to maintain condition records. else a condition like PN00 (Net price) the value of it is given at the sales orde level, so its a manual condtion.

maintain the condition records properly in VK11 tcode for that conditon type

A condition is said to be automatic, only if the access seq, accesses, & condition records are maintained.

Then only the systems picks up the value automaticallly.Otherwise not possible,

So create the access seq and assign it in V/06.

Also create the condition records at VK11.

So it will not pick up directly from customer master.
