My problem is I Choose 100% Inspection Sample Procedure Is 100%

When I Go To Result Recording ,I have lot of 20 nos the Sample are 20but ICan Do Recording For Only 15 nos What setting I Do To Record Results For 20 Nos .

Hi,

Pl. check your inspection plan again. Check the sample size for inspection characteristics for which you are recording results. If this is 75%, you will be able to record only that much results (that is 15 samples for a lot of 20).

Hi prashant I check all the setting sample procedure is 100%

i take qty of 25 nos in QA02 it show sample 25nos in Result Recording Only 15 nos Are Inspected For Results Please Try out your Side If Possible Send Me Screen shot At Sanjay4350@gmail.com

Hi,

If in your inspection plant, there are more than one characteristics, then you can assign different sampling procedures for each characteristics. For example, for first char. 100% inspection. For 2nd char. fixed sample 15 PC. Then in the inspection lot system will show you sample as 100% of lot size (for the inapection lot). But for second char., you will be able to post results for 15 pc only.

just doble click on that characteristic in result recording screen and you will be able to do the recording for all the samples.

very sorry sanjay but its not possible to send you the screen shots as we can not carry or send any data outside the company due to policy.

but you try it, it will work.

if not tell me what is happening after double click or send me the screen shot what problem you are facing.
