how to stop alerts with GUI id in the subject

hi all,

i have a basic/tricky question,actually we have configured alerts and every thing was fine alerts were receiving to the respetive mail ids

And now, another confirmation mail was returning back to the sender saying that End. of Inbound processing(Replishment order confirmation) with GUID in the subject.

can any one help how to stop those type of alerts with GUID in Subject.

please help me its urgent.

Hi,

How ur triggering an Alert using Alert configuraion in ALRTCATDEF transcation,If not form ABAP side also u can send using FM if ur sending Alert through then u may set the setting for Acknolodgement were u have gave the recepient name.

The mail ur geting is Acknologement.Check all the settings.

hi Phani,

One more Doubt,i gone thru with the links but still i am unable to know which Transaction contains the option asking an alert to acknowledge,when an alert reaches an BSP application.

please help me i wont to remove that option from my Application which is urgent...

In our application a mail goes to the users Outlook and then we are getting an acknowledgment back for that mail.,,,,,,
