2007 1099MISC form printing

I've configured classic withholding. I can output a file, but not a form, using program RFIDYYWT. I get a no data found message. RFW1099M creates a file for me, but the predefined sapscript doesn't work (ECC5.0).

Any ideas? I've uploaded the graphic changes for the new smartform.

My output issue using the new smartform for the 1099, was that I didn't realize the popup box that appears after executing the program feeds the selection criteria. Once I entered the correct information in this box, I was able to get output.
