Assign cFolder SRM Bid Invitation

I have this scenario of assigning an existing cFolder to a Bid Invitation (Documets Tab) that's being created in SRM.

Problem: Not all the cFolder appear in the drop down when I try to assign an existing cFolder in SRM, few alone appear.

Can anyone help me by explaining why/when this happens?

Hello Sreenivas,

only the cFolders collaborations belonging to a competitive scenario can be used together with a bid invitation

Did you check, which type the cFolders collaborations are having, you are missing.

Thanks, I am aware of that. Collaborations belonging to a competitive scenario are missing when I choose assign in the bid inviatation.

Hi,

This may not be a solution..

Check if u have necessary authorisation, also whether the API is receiving the correct user name or not.

SRM might be using this API CFX_API_COL_GETLIST_COMP of cFolders to get the list. (trying checking by running this api)
