Address Duplication check issue in ROS

Hello Experts,

We have implemented ROS scenario in SRM 5.0. When the Supplier corporate facility came and registered with our company and we accepted him as a potential supplier and transferred into EBP from ROS client. Now one of the manfacturing facility came registered with us and now we want to transfer them in to EBP client from ROS client. It looks like there is Address(names and DUNS # )duplication check happening and there is an error and we cant transfer them.

The business process is to accept the corporate location first and then allow individual manufacturing loc to register, transfer them to EBP client and link them to corporate with BP relantionship tcode.

Please help me here, how to turn off the duplication check.

hi,

please check out the following

transaction --->

1 ) SE18

2) Enter ---> BADI NAME --> ROS_BUPA_DATA_CHECK --> and display

3) check on the interface tab --> and you will find two entries

CHECK_COMPULSORY_DATA

CHECK_DUPLICATES

4) check wether the method

CHECK_DUPLICATES has been coded in your system and the badi described above is active.

You can use ROS_BUPA_DATA_CHECK BADI.

This badi in this there is a method called 'CHECK_DUPLICATES' you can use this method to check the duplicate suppliers with respect to TIN i.e DUNS number here. please explore your self wit this badi and work on.
