Hi gurus!

We have a problem when we execute a transport to our QUA CRM system from DEV system.

The transport (wich is executed directly from OS by tp command) shows us the next information and hangs:

ERROR: The following call returned with exit code 236:

ERROR: Background jobs cannot be started.

ERROR: Please check trace file dev_evt.

On dev_evt file we see the next information:

We don't find anything on OSS Marketplace apart from the 4449270 note (wich doesn't help us) to solve the problem.

Can anybody help us please?

Thank you very much in advanced,

Hi guys!!

I solved the problem checking the 821875, 826779 and 802172 notes.

The problems was related with rdisp/msserv_internal parameter.

Thank you for your help.

Edorta.

I have deleted parameter rdisp/msserv_internal from SAP profiles and restarted SAP...

and Voilà! problem corrected.

Hi Guys!

Thanks for your fast replies.

We checked the job RDDIMPDP in client 000 and productive client (099) with DDIC user.

The /etc/services file is right, and the transport profiles are right too.

From stms transaction we checked that the transport route was correctly configured and the distribution of the information to all the system in this route is well made.

We also tried creating a Z* event from sm62, scheduling a job dependent from this event and triggering the event manually from application server (sapevt <event_name> name=<SID> nr=<system number>) and it doesn't run, the problem appeared again.

More ideas?

Thank you very much in advanced,

Edorta

Hi Edorta,

do you have background jobs enabled ? Is this a new system ?

kind regards

Hi Edorta,

please check if the following job has status released in your system:

RDDIMPDP

RDDIMPDP is triggered after event SAP_TRIGGER_RDDIMPDP.

When you can not find the RDDIMPDP job released, you can recreate it with report RDDNEWPP.

Make sure you do this as user DDIC

For more information check

Note 11677 - Transports with event-controlled RDDIMPDP

kind regards

Davy
