BUCF : table to find the partner ?

Hi,

I am implementing the QA SRM50 system from scratch.

However, i noticed that number range 01 in BUCF is already used : current number is 100 !

However, there is no vendor, no org structure, no location...

I checked the BUT000 but is there any others tables where i can see what are these 100 partners ?

Kind regards,

Yann

Hi

Please create two different number ranges in BUCF. One for Alpha numeric and the other for Numbers. When you wish to replicate Alpha Numeric numbers go to SPRO->WAS->Business Partner->Number ranges->Define Number ranges and grouping.

Here for group 0002 (external number range group) , assign Alpha numeric or numeric number range to replicate the corresponding vendors.

Your problem is due to this configuration !!

Hi Atul,

i have already read these links.

My issue is that the QA system is supposed to be a clean system.

I checked in table BUT000 and i don't have any entries : fine.

I checked transaction BP and i don't have any BP : fine.

I checked PPOMA and i don't have any org. structure : fine.

So where are stored the supposed 100 entries ??

Kind regards,

Yann

Hi

I think, mistakenly the number range with Interval has been transported... Please confirm !!

Hi,

As far as i know, number range were not transported.

However, it seems that another transport order did contain the actual value...

Well, anyway, i think that i can reset the actual value to switch from internal to external number ranage without side effects.

Kind regards,

Yann

Hi

I don't agree here..

Number ranges can be tranported as well as their intervals..

You misunderstood my answer...

i didn't say that number rangecannot be transported BUT that the customer didn't create any transport order

Well anyway, i will close this thread.

Kind regards,

Yann
