Report Qm11

Hello!! I am new in QA and I need to do some changes to the report displayed in transaction QM11.. I don't know if it is possible...

I need to display:

customer name ( not number), notification type name,("NCR from Asia "not code like T1), Time in days not in Hours as is been displayed....

This Program is basically report program there are no userexits, badis getting called within program.

So copy the program to a Z program and then make the necessary changes..........
