Installation of DBACOCKPIT in ECC-5.0

Hello Gurus,

We are trying to install DBACOCKPIT in our server , we are following SAP Note - 706927, But we are facing problem in that

Vital Information of Server

ECC-5.0 - Non Unicode

Windows Server - 2003

Oracle 9i ( 9.2.0.8.0 )

SAP_BASIS - SAPKB64010

SAP_ABA - SAPKA64010

Patch level - 175

SAP Version - 640

Can somebody guide me the process ?
