Material does not exist in the Warehouse

Hi,

When I create the delivery for a material,

i get a error that "Material does not exist in the Warehouse".

I have assigned ware house no to Plant/Storage loc.

Where can i check the specific material availability in a

Warehouse?.

I have extended the material for the warehouse.

Now when i create the delivery, it went fine.

After that while creating the transfer order,

it went to the next screen and displayed an error

"System cannot find the soure storage bin".

How do i find the source storage bin for

my Transfer Order ,knowing plant/storage loc and warehouse?

Hello,

Check you have created interim bins or not. If not, create interim bin by transaction code LX21.

Then create storage bins LS01, while rasing the stock you should make sure you are raising the stock in the storage bin which you have created through LS01.

hello, again.

use t-code LS24. here you will find your info (storage type, bins, etc.). when you execute VL06O or LT03 to create transfer order, use the info you got from LS24.

Please define storage bin for the Wear house through this path then try

IMG --> Logistics execution --> wear house management --> Master data --> Storage bins --> Define storage bins.

Hi,

I found the storage bin using the given path ,but

when i proceed with Create TO: Generate TO screen ,

again an error is thrown,

"Control data for storage bin type B1 is missing".

I have entered Req qty as 2 as (item qty is 2).

Storage unit type : BX1 ,source storage bin and

des storage bin.

Is there anything else that is missing?.

hello, friend.

please check using MM02 or MM03 if you have created the material for the plant/storage location, and have maintained the warehouse view. if not, then you have to use MM01 to maintain the material master.
