add User in Groups , Activities Groups and assign Authorization in Groups

Please help me ,

1 ) added Users in Groups ?

2 ) activities Groups ?

3 ) assign Authorization in Groups ?

I knowing go Tcode PFCG but can't do it

Use SUGR to maintain user group and for assigning authorization to group you can use SU10.
