How to delete past forecast in RRP3

Hi,

I am not able to delete the forecast in RRP3. I know there is a way through Macros but does anyone knows any other methods?

I deleted the Transfer Reservation in R/3. The CIF model for PIRs should have deleted the forecast in APO RRP3. But it is not doing so...any ideas?

Use transaction /n/sapapo/rlcdel enter Categories FA to FC (Forecasts), Put a Date Range in past and execute. This will delete forecasts in the past from liveCache for location-products and consequently you will not see them in Product view anymore.

This is a better option than running macro as macro execution in mass is time-consuming and performance-intensive.

If you are only using PPDS, you may want to try with transaction /sapapo/rrp1

depending on how you got your Forecast into RRP3, you can also release an empty bucket as forecast and overwrite Forecast in RRP3 with zeros (assuming your release with the "add Forecast" box unchecked)
