Spools without output request?

Any advice on why an output request would not be generated when the spool of RDIs is created? I have my spools sitting there and it says "requests without output request."

I do not want to click the print immediately box in the output condition because I want all of my invoices in one spool. I run the output by executing RSNAST00.

Is there something in the print program that could affect this?

check your output device - run SU01

there are flags "output immediately" and "delete after output" as well

Thanks - I don't have access to SU01 so I'm having the technical team look into that for me. I did play around w/ output immediately but it results in individual spools (which I don't want).
