Drill Down for 2 Grids

Hi,

I am using a double-grid data view for first time and have a functionality question: When using the drill-down functionality (details-all) in this view I notice that the drill down executes in Grid 1 but not in Grid 2. Is it possible to have the drill down work for both grids at the same time?

Thanks for the input.

I finally just decided to put the KF's that were in grid 2 into grid 1 as well to allow for drill down capability. Not optimal, but it will do.

I have not found a way yet, and I suspect there is none unless someone here can correct me. However, you can explore the macro drill down function that you can provide as a button on the dataview. The macro can work on the keyfigures showing up in specific grid.

Short answer - No.

Its not possible. And I agree with Srinivas's comment about using macro to drill-down.

But note in that case Grid 2 will not be operated as per the Header (which will operate Grid 1 only).
