What is the difference between Customer Data Integration CDI (Business scenario) and the Cleansing, de-duplicating master date like Vendor, customer .. (IT Scenarions)

CDI:

1. Is the process of consolidating and managing customer data from all available sources.

2. Ensures that all relevant departments in the company have constant access to the most up-to-date and complete view of

customer data available.

3. CDI is an essential extension to Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

the Cleansing, de-duplicating master date like Vendor, customer .. (IT Scenarions)

CDI is the business scenario; in the business scenario we will use IT scenario's like Cleansing, Deduplication of master data.
