Dear friends,

I am unable to logon to NWDI, even I try to connect from NWDS.

Our development and NWDI server are on the same box, and we do use same login id and password to logon to portal as well as NWDI.

It give the error message that Invalid userid/password.

But since yesturday, It is not allowing to connect to NWDI,

It is happening for all the users including administrator.

How to manage NWDI users??

Could any help me on this.

Early reply appreciated.

Thanks and regards,

Lakshmikanthaiah

Hi Srinivas,

Thanx for quick response.

Thanks for the note.

But we are facing problem on running NWDI.

Till yesturday it was working fine

Even I checked the user id, I used to work, everything is fine like roles, etc

But still I am unable to connect to NWDI from NWDS and not able to logon to devinf web page.

On the web page for any user I used to Unauthorized user or Access denied.

Even I tried after restarting all the services.

Any hope.

Please reply soon.

Hi Laksmikanth,

Your NWDI and SLD userID and password should should be same. Otherwise SLD login will fail.

Hi,

1. Ensure that you provide correct UID/PWD.

2. If you are using ABAP system for UME, make sure that it is up and running.

3. If the ABAP system is running fine, check whether the user is locked (SU01).

4. If the J2EE Engine is the UME, check the status of the user through the Visual Administrator or Useradmin GUI.

Hope these help!
