Hello,

in my project i want to create Claim natification for both internal and external(with respect to Material).

So pls suggest me how to create claims and is there any customizing has to maintain for this???????

pls explain step by step wise or if thr any documents pls send.

pls help me....

Hi,

1) First you will have to create notification types (internal or external in SPRO)

2) Number range maintenance

3) You need to maintain catalogs to maintain the claim details

4) Partner determination

5) Prioritisation of notification types

These are some of the steps that need to be done for claims.
