Hi all,
I am trying to activate the service(HRRCF_START_EXT).I activated the same and for trying to test the service its showing internal server error.
Internal server please try again later.
Is there anything should i want to do to proceed further.

Hi,
Are you working on standalone ITS or Integrated ITS?
If you are working on standalone ITS
You can check the following :
While Publishing/Testing a service :
1 Ping the URL to check if the connectivity is up.
2 Check whether IIS is up and running since (in the case of stand alone ITS)
ie check by opening the
from the url.
If it still says : Service stopped or something.
check with basis, it's the pbm of IIS server
3 Check whether any other service is running other than RRCF_START_EXT to make sure its not a problem with this service alone.
4 Check the webgui service :
webgui service is used to convert SAP screens to html at runtime
(without publishing templates & files).

Hi Vijay kumar,
are there trace files, system log entries or short dumps?
Unfortunately you did not specify exactly what your were doing. I assume
the internal server error is a message of the result page after trying to logon
using a browser.
The icf error pages contain lots of useful information how to proceed.
